Longing for days past and his locked-down bandmates, Joey casts his glance back to simpler times, old routines, and past friendships. No matter where he turns, sad news continues to build and bear down on the periphery of his existence. One of Joey’s only coping mechanisms is to write imaginary songs to wrestle his problems “The Time Before”, with his now imaginary band.
